Our Story

The art of creating pasta

Originally from the beautiful Mediterranean island of Sardinia, Toni Sale has been sharing his passion for pasta and Italian cuisine for over 40 years in the UK at his restaurants - Il Camino in Abingdon and for the last 21 years at the award-winning Pepe Sale in Reading, Berkshire. Having sold the business, he would now love to share his extensive knowledge and expertise by running small group pasta-making lessons in the intimate surroundings of his home kitchen.
Ideal for anyone who would like to learn how to make fresh pasta of various kinds - including filled pasta & Sardinian speciality pasta - in a relaxed and fun atmosphere !
