Service Description

An example agenda for the session would be as follows: Toni will be showing you how to make the sweet pastry that is used for ravioli dolci, filled with ricotta and lemon as well as other regional Italian desserts like tiramisu (including how to make the savoiardi biscuits), marigosos (Sardinian meringues), bigne (profiteroles), casatinas & chiacchere There will be plenty of opportunity to taste what is being made ! Price of £80 p.p includes a welcome drink on arrival, pasta lunch with wine/soft drink to follow and a tray of sweet ravioli to take away. Length of course 4 hours approx, plus meal afterwards. Please note: Classes are subject to a minimum attendance of 4 people - if not enough bookings are made for a particular date it will be re-scheduled and alternative dates offered.
